Narrows-New_Distances-2009-GRAVEWISHIt seems fitting that the album cover art is that of a hand right out of Grey’s Anatomy book superimposed on a road map transparency in front of a dark forest, because Narrows have clearly created a new blueprint of emotionally aggressive music to be followed in the hardcore genre. This band is a lot more than a “supergroup”. They are a powerhouse to be reckoned with. Narrows is a mighty Viking warrior and New Distances is the great sword they are wielding to conquer all. Fans of hardcore music will be talking about this record for a long time. Trust me on this.
